Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products end-to-end and wants to work in a fast-moving product environment.

What You'll Do:

• Build and enhance web applications using React.js
• Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Own features end-to-end — from technical design and development to testing, deployment, and production support
• Work with databases, APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud infrastructure
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions
• Work with modern AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to turn business requirements into scalable solutions

What We're Looking For:

• 3–4 years of hands-on professional software development experience
• BE / B.Tech / MCA
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing backend APIs for production applications
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Good understanding of application architecture and system design fundamentals
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Ability to independently own and deliver production features

Good to Have:

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native applications
• Good understanding of LLMs and modern AI technologies
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows
• Python experience
• Experience working in a SaaS or startup product environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing mobile applications
• Exposure to React Native, Flutter, or similar cross-platform mobile frameworks
